Export, delete and restore your account

Download everything in one ZIP file, delete your account, and bring it back within 7 days.

Export everything

  1. Open your account page and press Export everything.
  2. We email you a link when the ZIP file is ready. It works for 24 hours, only while you are signed in.

Delete your account

  1. Press Delete my account and all data and type delete to confirm.
  2. Your account closes now and a restore link works for 7 days; after that everything is deleted within 24 hours and we email you.

If you signed in more than 10 minutes ago, we first email you a code to check it is you.
