The board across your school
Each teacher signs in with their own account, shared classroom computers sign out by themselves, and students vote with a poll code.
Set it up for your teachers
- Each teacher goes to tools.openeducat.org/screen and signs in with the school Google or Microsoft account, or a code we email them.
- On a classroom computer or panel that several teachers use, they tick This is a shared device when they sign in.
- Each teacher's screens stay in their own account and open on any device they sign in on.
Good to know
- Students never sign in. They vote in a poll with the code or the QR code on the board.
- A shared device signs the teacher out after 10 hours, or after 90 minutes without use.
- Each teacher's data is kept in the region they chose at sign-up: the United States, the European Union or Singapore.
