School trial and seats
60 days with no card, then the admin chooses seats or the workspace turns read-only.
The trial
- Every workspace starts with a 60-day trial and no card. Every member has Teacher Plus while it runs.
- From 15 days left, the workspace home shows when the trial ends, and the admins get an email 15 days, 7 days and 1 day before the end.
Choose seats
- Go to the workspace home and choose Choose seats, or open the link in the email.
- Pick the number of seats. Members and invited teachers each need a seat, and a workspace holds at most 25.
- Choose Continue to payment. Our payment partner takes the payment on its own page; we never see card details.
Seats are billed yearly per teacher in the currency of the country you pay from. Schools that pay from the EU can also pay monthly. All sales are final, so try everything on the trial first.
If you do nothing
On day 60 the workspace becomes read-only for you: no new invites, shares or reports. Teachers keep everything on Free, shared screens stay open, and nothing is deleted. You can choose seats later and everything turns back on at once.
Change seats or cancel
- In Settings, Billing and invoices, choose Change seats. More seats are billed now for the rest of the term; fewer seats apply at the renewal.
- Cancel plan stops the next renewal. The plan runs to the end of the paid term.
- Both need a sign-in in the last 10 minutes with two-factor sign-in on.
