Chore chart maker

Type names and classroom jobs, then print a chore chart with a box or a star for each task.

Make a chore chart

  1. Open the chore chart maker from All tools and sign in with Google, Microsoft or a code we email you.
  2. Type one name a line. If your class is in My Class, pick it under From My Class and press Use these names.
  3. Type the tasks one a line, such as Water the plants or Hand out paper. Up to 10 fit across the page.
  4. Pick Empty boxes or Stars to colour, and Ink only or Two-colour.
  5. Press Build chart, then choose A4 or Letter and press Print or Download PDF.

Good to know

  • Short tasks fit best. A long task is set smaller, and cut short with a sign if it still does not fit.
  • The chart is landscape, for the wall. Up to 20 names fit on a page; more go onto another page with the tasks again.
  • Two-colour puts a marigold band behind the tasks; the rest stays black on white.
  • Your lists stay on this device until you sign out.
