Type your words, then print them mixed up with an answer key.
Make a word scramble
- Open the word scramble generator from All tools and sign in with Google, Microsoft or a code we email you.
- Type your words in Words, one per line or with commas. Up to 100 words fit on one sheet.
- Add a theme if you like, such as Animals; it goes in the title.
- Press Build sheet, then choose A4 or Letter and press Print or Download PDF. The answer key comes after the words.
Hints and a new order
- Tick Print the first letter of each word on its line to give younger students a start.
- Press Shuffle to mix the words up in a new order.
Good to know
- A word with two or more different letters never comes out as itself. A word such as aaa is shown as it is with a note.
- Hindi conjuncts and letters with accent marks always stay together.
- Your word list is saved to your items and opens on every device you sign in on.
